Every March 19th, St Jospeph's Night, Mardi Gras Indians take to the Streets of New Orleans at night, showing off their costumes and facing off with other tribes. The Tribes present themselves to each other revealing their costumes and exchanging words about them. Although insults usually come out of these exchanges, it's all in love and each face off typically ends in a hug and well wishes.
